Orders are confirmed via phone after submission. We do not request or accept payments over the phone. All payments are made upon delivery (Cash on Delivery only).

Shipping fees vary depending on your location and order size. Delivery times range from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on stock availability and supplier response times. We will always keep you informed regarding your order status.

5. Returns & Responsibility

Once a product is accepted upon delivery, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. You are entitled to inspect the product on arrival. If there are any issues (e.g. damaged or faulty items), notify us immediately. After the item is accepted and confirmed to be in good condition, no returns or refunds will be granted.
